The sample flows are examples. The real number is a one-page work order after the Listen. A deposit starts the job. Monthly billing starts when the ticket says it starts. The wiring stays in your tools.

You own your accounts, your customer data, and the automations we put in those accounts. We own our process and our jokes. We will hand you a plain list of what is running if you leave.

Third-party software, carrier texts, and voice minutes are yours to pay, quoted before we turn them on. We do not bury them in the monthly so it looks cheap.

We are careful with health, kids, and money. A clever sentence on a website is not a BAA, a background check, or a promise that a machine will never skip. If the job needs a lawyer, we will say so — or we will pass.

If a machine answers a call, the caller is told. If a customer has not asked to be texted, they do not get texted.
